Rent Reporting ACH Debit Authorization

Effective date: July 15, 2026
By enrolling in the EarnIn Rent Reporting Service, you authorize Activehours, Inc. dba EarnIn (“EarnIn”) to initiate recurring ACH debit entries from the external bank account you have linked to your EarnIn account (“Linked Bank Account”) for payment of the monthly fee for the Rent Reporting Service, and, if necessary, to initiate credit entries to correct any erroneous debits.
Amount. The amount of each debit will equal the then-current monthly fee disclosed to you at enrollment and as updated in accordance with the Rent Reporting Terms of Service. The fee is a fixed recurring charge. If the amount of the recurring debit will change, EarnIn will send you written notice of the new amount and the date of the debit at least ten (10) calendar days before the debit is initiated. You agree that this advance notice may be provided to you electronically.
Timing. The first fee will be charged at the time you enroll in the Rent Reporting Service. Subsequent fees will be charged on the same calendar date each month (“Billing Date”). If your Billing Date does not exist in a given calendar month (for example, the 31st in a 30-day month), the fee will be charged on the first day of the following month. If the Billing Date falls on a weekend or a federal banking holiday, the charge will be initiated on the next business day.
Duration. This authorization will remain in full force and effect on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel the Rent Reporting Service or the service is otherwise terminated in accordance with the Rent Reporting Terms of Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this authorization shall remain in effect after termination solely for the purpose of collecting any amounts that accrued prior to termination of the Rent Reporting Service and remain unpaid.
How to Revoke. You may revoke this authorization by emailing care@earnin.com. You must notify EarnIn at least three (3) business days before the scheduled debit date in order to cancel the authorization for the debit to allow EarnIn reasonable time to act on your instructions. If EarnIn does not receive notice at least three (3) business days before the scheduled debit date, EarnIn may attempt, in its sole discretion, to cancel that debit but assumes no responsibility for its failure to do so.
Effect of Revocation. Revoking this authorization will result in the termination of your Rent Reporting Subscription and loss of access to the Rent Reporting Service. Revocation will not apply to ACH transactions initiated before the revocation becomes effective. Revocation of this authorization does not relieve you of any obligation to pay amounts already accrued and owed under the Rent Reporting Terms of Service.
Error Resolution. If you believe a debit was made in error, you have rights under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E to report and resolve errors. To report an error, contact EarnIn at care@earnin.com or by mail at 391 San Antonio Road, Floor 3, Mountain View, California 94040.
