These Gaming Rewards Terms (“Gaming Rewards Terms”) apply to your participation in EarnIn’s gaming rewards program (the “Gaming Rewards Program”) and are in addition to any other agreements you may have with EarnIn, including the
General Terms and Conditions and
Tip Yourself (collectively, the “Terms”). By participating in the Gaming Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these Gaming Rewards Terms, which are incorporated by reference and may be updated from time to time.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Gaming Rewards Program, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old, agree to the adjoe
Terms and Conditions (including the adjoe
Privacy Policy), have an active Tip Yourself (“TYS”) account, install the applicable game through the adJoe platform, and complete the required gaming milestones. While you’re free to start playing games and begin accruing rewards without a TYS account, you will not earn your cash reward and won’t be able to transfer your cash rewards to your linked bank account, without an active TYS account.
Additionally, you do not acquire property or any other rights in any accrued rewards until you meet all eligibility requirements including opening a TYS account.
How to Keep Your Rewards from Expiring
To keep your cash rewards from expiring, you must open a TYS account within sixty (60) calendar days of the date your most recent cash reward was accrued.
Each time you accrue a new cash reward, the 60-day expiration window resets for all previously accrued cash rewards. This means that your entire accrued cash reward balance will remain active as long as you accrued at least one new reward within any 60-day period or you open a TYS account.
If you do not accrue a new reward or open a TYS account within any 60-day period, all accumulated rewards will expire and be forfeited. Once you open a TYS account, your accrued cash rewards will no longer expire.
Example:
If you accrue a reward on June 1 but don’t open a TYS account or accrue another reward by July 31, your cash reward will expire. However, if you accrue another reward on June 15, the 60-day expiration clock resets. Now, both your June 1 and June 15 rewards will remain active until August 14, or you open a TYS account by then.
When Rewards Are Available to be Cashed
Once you’ve opened your TYS account, any eligible cash rewards will be credited into your Tip Yourself account and available for transfer by 5 p.m ET on the business day after you earned the reward, unless we notify you otherwise.
Right to Suspend Participation and Cancel Rewards
EarnIn reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Gaming Rewards Program at any time, and to cancel or void any unredeemed or pending rewards if, in our sole discretion, we determine that you’ve violated the Terms. All determinations made by EarnIn regarding your participation in the Gaming Rewards Program will be considered final and binding.
Program Changes and Availability
Availability of the Gaming Rewards Program may be interpreted at any time and for any reason. We may modify, suspend, or end the Gaming Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to reward types, eligibility, earning limits, and frequency. We may correct errors or revoke rewards granted by mistake or without meeting the Terms. Unless stated otherwise, changes apply to all rewards—past, present, and future. Rewards are only valid once all requirements are met and Terms are followed.
EarnIn is not responsible for your relationship with adjoe including but not limited to any errors, omissions, or issues related to the adJoe platform or its content.
No Employment Relationship
Participation in the Gaming Rewards Program does not establish an employment relationship between the participant and EarnIn.
Tax Implications
If you receive more than $599.99 in rewards in a calendar year from EarnIn across any of our rewards, promotions, marketing compensation, credit balance forgiveness, or other programs, we’re required to report it to the IRS and provide you with the applicable form. Please consult a tax advisor if you have questions about how this may affect your taxes.
