Employee Net Wage Disbursement Authorization

Effective date: February 1, 2026
By electing to use EarnIn's services, you voluntarily authorize your employer and/or its designated payroll service provider to disburse a portion of your net wages to EarnIn as payment for services provided to you by EarnIn. You understand and agree that any such disbursement will occur only after all legally required taxes, withholdings, and deductions have been applied, will not reduce your wages below the applicable minimum wage for the pay period, and will equal the earnings portion of your Cash Out or Transfer Out, plus any voluntary tips and/or fees, if applicable (the "Total Debit Amount"), as designated in the EarnIn application and as defined in the Cash Out User Agreement between you and EarnIn (the "Cash Out Terms"). Following any disbursement made pursuant to this authorization, the remainder of your net wages, if any, will be deposited or otherwise allocated in accordance with your then-effective Direct Deposit Authorization Agreement on file with your employer and/or its designated payroll service provider.
You acknowledge that this authorization is a limited, voluntary payment direction and is not a wage assignment, loan, or security interest in your wages. EarnIn does not control your employer's payroll practices or employment decisions.
In the event that your net wages for a given pay period are insufficient to cover the full Total Debit Amount, you authorize EarnIn to initiate ACH debit and credit entries to your linked external bank account designated in, as well as any new bank account you may subsequently designate in, the EarnIn mobile app ("Bank Account"). If EarnIn's attempt to debit your Bank Account is unsuccessful, you further authorize EarnIn, or its payment processor, to initiate debit card payment transactions to your linked external bank debit card, as well as any new debit card you may subsequently provide, on file ("Debit Card").
You understand and agree that this authorization, including EarnIn's authorization to initiate debit and credit entries through ACH debit to your Bank Account and charges to your Debit Card, will remain in full force and effect until you notify your employer, its payroll service provider, and/or EarnIn that you wish to revoke this authorization. You may revoke this authorization by providing notice to your employer or its payroll service provider, or by notifying EarnIn by emailing care@earnin.com or contacting the EarnIn team via live chat in the EarnIn mobile application. You acknowledge that notice of revocation must be received at least three (3) business days before the scheduled payroll disbursement or debit date in order to cancel this authorization. If notice is not received at least three (3) business days in advance, EarnIn or the payroll service provider may attempt, in their discretion, to cancel the applicable transaction, but assume no responsibility for any failure to do so. Revocation will apply prospectively only and will not cancel or affect any payment or debit transaction initiated before the revocation becomes effective.
