Cash Transfer Out Authorization Agreement

You hereby authorize Evolve Bank and Trust ("Evolve") and Activehours, Inc., d/b/a EarnIn, its wholly-owned subsidiary, EarnIn US1 LLC, and its affiliates, as Evolve's authorized service provider ("EarnIn") to initiate a one-time debit entry from your Secured Account and to credit such amount to your Deposit Account. Upon the completion of such debit from your Secured Account and corresponding credit to your Deposit Account, you further authorize the bank holding your Deposit Account ("Bank") and EarnIn, as the Bank's authorized service provider, to initiate a one-time debit entry to your Deposit Account and to credit such amount utilizing ACH, RTP, or debit card transfers to your primary linked external bank account designated in the EarnIn platform ("Linked Account"). Capitalized terms in this One-Time Debit Authorization that are not otherwise defined herein, shall have the meaning assigned to them in your Cardholder and Security Agreement that governs your Secured Account and/or the Cash Out User Agreement.

If you have chosen to receive your cash Transfer Out via ACH, the transfer will occur within 1-2 Business Days of this authorization for no charge. If you have linked your Linked Account's debit card ("Debit Card") or your Linked Account offers RTP, you may be offered the option to expedite the Transfer Out of your cash with Lightning Speed for an additional fee. If you choose to take advantage of this premium service, any expedited transfer fees will be paid from your next paycheck. Please reference the EarnIn application and/or your corresponding Transfer Out Payment Authorization agreement for more details.

You understand and agree that Evolve's and the Bank's authorization to initiate debit and credit entries to your Secured Account, Deposit Account, Debit Card and Linked Account, as applicable, will remain in full force and effect until you notify EarnIn that you wish to revoke this authorization by emailing support@earnin.com, or by contacting the EarnIn team via live chat in the EarnIn application. Lightning Speed transfers occur within minutes; however, if you have elected to receive your funds via ACH, transfer requests received before 11:50 am ET are submitted the same banking day, while transfer requests received after 11:50 am ET are submitted the next banking day. You acknowledge that cancellation requests for same-day transactions must be received and processed prior to 11:50 am ET the same banking day and that cancellation requests for next-day transactions must be received and processed prior to 7:50 pm ET the next banking day. If you want to cancel this ACH authorization, please contact EarnIn immediately. You acknowledge that Evolve and/or the Bank may attempt, in its sole discretion, to cancel the debit transaction. However, Evolve and/or the Bank assumes no responsibility for its failure to do so.

Please note that revoking this authorization will not cancel any payment that is initiated before your revocation becomes effective. You understand that the withdrawal of your electronic authorization contained herein will not apply to debit entries performed before the withdrawal of your authorization becomes effective.

You further authorize Evolve and/or the Bank, as applicable, to debit or credit the Secured Account, Deposit Account, Debit Card, and/or External Account in the amount necessary to correct any erroneous debits or credits, as applicable.
