Cash Out with Early Pay Debit Authorization

Effective date: November 3, 2026
Cash Out with Early Pay Debit Authorization
By indicating your assent to this authorization, you authorize Activehours, Inc d/b/a EarnIn, including its third-party processor (collectively, "EarnIn") to initiate a one-time debit entry from your deposit account opened with our banking partner, which is associated with Early Pay ("Deposit Account"). The amount of such debit shall equal the earnings portion of your Cash Out, plus any voluntary tips and/or fees, if applicable ("Total Debit Amount") as designated in the EarnIn application and as defined in the Cash Out User Agreement between you and EarnIn (the "Cash Out Terms").
In the event that your Deposit Account covers less than the full amount of the Cash Out, you hereby authorize EarnIn to initiate (i) a one-time ACH debit from the linked external bank account you designate, or subsequently designate, in your EarnIn profile ("Bank Account"), and/or (ii) a debit card charge to the debit card that you provide, or may subsequently provide, in your EarnIn profile (the "Debit Card") for the deficiency.
You authorize EarnIn to initiate such debit(s) at any time beginning two business (2) days before and ending two business (2) days after the date of your next paycheck.
You further authorize EarnIn to debit or credit the Deposit Account, Debit Card and/or Bank Account in the amount necessary to correct any erroneous debits or credits, as applicable.
You further authorize EarnIn to split the amount due under this authorization or combine the amount due with any other amount you owe EarnIn under a related electronic funds transfer authorization into a single ACH debit entry or debit card charge. If an ACH debit initiated under this authorization, including a combined debit, is returned unpaid for insufficient or uncollected funds, you authorize EarnIn to reinitiate that debit, for the same amount, on up to two (2) further occasions within 180 days of the settlement date of the original entry, consistent with the NACHA Operating Rules. EarnIn will not reinitiate a debit that is returned for any other reason, including a stop payment, unless you separately authorize the reinitiation or the reason for the return has been corrected. Notwithstanding EarnIn's authorization to initiate an ACH debit to recover any outstanding amount described above, EarnIn reserves the separate and independent right, at its option, to initiate a debit card transaction to your Debit Card on file to recover such outstanding amount instead of, or in lieu of, an ACH debit entry. EarnIn's choice to use one method of recovery does not waive, limit, or extinguish its right to use the other, and EarnIn may use either method, but will not seek to recover the same outstanding amount through both an ACH debit and a Debit Card transaction. In all instances, the Debit Card charge will be subject to applicable card network rules.
You may revoke your authorization by emailing care@earnin.com, or by contacting the EarnIn team via live chat in the EarnIn mobile application or website. You must notify EarnIn at least three (3) business days before the scheduled debit date in order to allow EarnIn reasonable time to act on your instructions. If EarnIn receives your notice revoking your authorization less than three (3) business days before the scheduled debit date, EarnIn may attempt, in its sole discretion, to cancel the debit transaction. However, EarnIn assumes no responsibility for its failure to do so. Please note that revoking this authorization will not cancel any payment that is initiated before your revocation becomes effective.
You understand that the withdrawal of your electronic authorization contained herein will not apply to debit entries performed before the withdrawal of your authorization becomes effective.
