EarnIn will not reinitiate a debit that is returned for any other reason, including a stop payment, unless you separately authorize the reinitiation or the reason for the return has been corrected. Notwithstanding EarnIn's authorization to initiate an ACH debit to recover any outstanding amount described above, EarnIn reserves the separate and independent right, at its option, to initiate a debit card transaction to your debit card on file to recover such outstanding amount instead of, in lieu of, or in combination with an ACH debit entry. EarnIn's choice to use one method of recovery does not waive, limit, or extinguish its right to use the other or combination of the two. In all instances, the debit card charge will be subject to applicable card network rules.

You understand that revocation of this authorization will not apply to debit entries performed before the revocation becomes effective.
