First, you authorize EarnIn to initiate a debit entry to your Deposit Account to repay funds, voluntary tips, and/or fees
to EarnIn in connection with your Cash Out/Transfer Out activity. The amount of the debit will be determined by any future one-time debit authorization(s) you may further agree to when requesting a Cash Out/Transfer Out.
Second, if funds remain, you authorize Evolve to transfer additional funds from your Deposit Account to your linked external bank account in the EarnIn mobile app (“Bank Account”) in connection with your Paycheck Router settings. The amount of this transfer will be determined by any future Paycheck Router preauthorization agreement(s) you may further agree to when using Paycheck Router.
Third, if funds remain, you authorize Evolve to transfer them from your Deposit Account to your Secured Account under the terms of this Preauthorization Agreement.
To the extent your Deposit Account has a positive balance, you authorize Evolveto initiate recurring electronic debit transfers of your deposited funds (in the range of amounts defined above) from your Deposit Account to your Secured Account on each Business Day. You elect to only receive notice of varying amounts of debits under this Preauthorization Agreement if the debit amount deviates from the range of amounts described above.
You further authorize Evolve or EarnIn, as applicable, to debit or credit the Deposit Account and Secured Account in the amount necessary to correct any erroneous debits or credits, as applicable.
You further understand and acknowledge that this Preauthorization Agreement supersedes any prior authorization you have provided to EarnIn or Evolve, as applicable, to initiate the transfer of funds from your Deposit Account to your Secured Account.
You acknowledge and agree that your authorization to initiate recurring electronic debit transfers from your DepositAccount to your Secured Account will remain in full force and effect until you notify Evolvethat you wish to revoke this authorization by calling 888-537-9883, emailing care@earnin.com,or via live chat in the EarnIn Mobile App. You acknowledge that you must notify Evolve, through EarnIn, at least three (3) Business Days before your next scheduled transfer date in order to cancel your authorization. If Evolve or EarnIn, as applicable, does not receive notice at least three (3) Business Days before the scheduled debit date, Evolve or EarnIn, as applicable,may attempt, in its sole discretion, to cancel the debit transfer. However, neither Evolve nor EarnIn assumes any responsibility for its failure to do so. You understand that if you call to cancel your authorization, we may require you to put your request in writing and provide your written request to EarnIn within fourteen (14) calendar days after you call. If we do require you to put your request in writing, your oral request to cancel your authorization will cease to be binding after fourteen (14) days.
You acknowledge and agree that if you revoke your authorization hereunder, you will no longer qualify for an EarnIn Card and Secured Account,and Evolve shall have the right to close your EarnIn Card Account and Secured Account and you will no longer be able to use your EarnIn Card. Upon closing your EarnIn Card and Secured Account, if there is no Card Balance or other Obligations due from you under the Cardholder Agreement, Evolve will return any remaining and available funds held in your Secured Account by any method it deems appropriate, including by transferring such funds to your Linked Account.
You acknowledge and agree that the withdrawal of your authorization contained herein will not apply to ACH transactions performed before the withdrawal of your authorization becomes effective.
