EarnIn Express Preauthorized Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization

You hereby authorize Evolve Bank & Trust (“Evolve”) to make recurring electronic debit transfers from your EarnIn Express designated deposit account at Evolve (the “Bank Account”) to the deposit account linked to the Bank Account, and, if necessary, to correct erroneous debits and credits. The amount of each transfer shall be determined in accordance with the ranges described as follows:

• The full amount available in the Bank Account on each Business Day; or

• If you owe funds to Activehours, Inc. (“EarnIn”) pursuant to your Cash Outs (as defined in the terms of service by and between you and EarnIn (the “Terms”)), and/or if you elected to give any voluntary tips to EarnIn, as further described in the Terms, the transfer amount shall be the full amount available in the Bank Account on each Business Day, net any funds owed EarnIn pursuant to your Cash Out and voluntary tips.

Evolve will transfer funds each Business Day to the extent the Bank Account has a positive balance. You elect to only receive notice of varying amounts of debits under this authorization if the debit amount deviates from the amounts described above. 

Furthermore, you hereby authorize Evolve to make recurring electronic credit transfers from your Bank Account to EarnIn (and its designated account) in an amount equal to any funds you may owe EarnIn pursuant to your Cash Outs and any other amounts you may have committed to provide to EarnIn as a voluntary tip, pursuant to the Terms, and, if necessary to correct erroneous debits and credits. The amount and timing of each transfer shall be determined as follows:

• The amount of funds owed to EarnIn pursuant to your Cash Outs and any voluntary tips on the day your paycheck direct deposit is received in your Bank Account.

You elect to only receive notice of varying amounts of transfers under this authorization if the transfer amount deviates from the amount described above. You may view the balance in the Bank Account by using the EarnIn mobile application. You will also be able to view the amounts to be debited from your Bank Account through the EarnIn mobile application, and the balance of funds owed to EarnIn pursuant to your Cash Outs and any voluntary tips you elected to give to EarnIn.

You understand and agree that this authorization to initiate debit entries to your Bank Account will remain in full force and effect until you notify Evolve that you wish to revoke this authorization by emailing support@earnin.com. You acknowledge that you must notify Evolve at least three (3) business days before the scheduled debit date in order to cancel this authorization. If Evolve does not receive notice at least three business days before the scheduled debit date, Evolve may attempt, in its sole discretion, to cancel the debit transaction. However, Evolve assumes no responsibility for its failure to do so.

You understand and agree that if you revoke this electronic authorization contained on this form, Evolve will close your Bank Account and return the balance in your Bank Account to your linked deposit account, and you will no longer be able to use your Bank Account or EarnIn Express, as set forth in the Terms. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to switch all of your direct deposits, including your paycheck away from your Bank Account, and further understand that the withdrawal of your electronic authorization contained herein will not apply to ACH transactions performed before the withdrawal of your authorization becomes effective.
